How we started....
As a young girl my family was involved with showing and breeding horses. We spent many a weekend travelling to the different shows and I always admired the dog show circuit from afar.
In 1990 I bought my first Cocker Spaniel...a gold girl called Bluesand Chardonnay. 'Shara' got me hooked with the showing bug with the few small wins that she had even though looking back she was not the best quality. I then purchased my next Cocker Spaniel, a black girl who would be my first Champion and Specialty Best In Show Winner 'Ch Macdolly Looks Could Kill' (Jessie). Jessie was not a great producer and after a number of disastrous births she finally produced our first home bred Champion, sired by Ch Bifield Soldon Style...Ch Tarrendayle Like My Style (Leeroy).
I then went on to show and breed many Champions in various colours including:
*Ch Macdolly Like A Prayer (Oscar) Gold dog
*Ch Glenayden Tickled Pink (Becky) Orange Roan - who is the foundation of the many of the parti colour Cockers I have today
*Multi BIS/BISS 'Champion Tarrendayle Tickle Me Erni' (Ziggy) - Queensland's Cocker of the Year 2001, a Multi All Breeds Best in Show and Specialty Best in Show winner and was my pride and joy.
*Ch Joyric Yule Remember Me Blue Roan
*Ch Joyric Will Of The Wind 'Breeze' Blue Roan
*Ch Cobalt Ginger Spice Orange Roan
*Tarrendayle Total Kaos Black & White - Queensland's Cocker Puppy of the Year 2002.
* Ch Glenayden Centrefold iid.(Lexy) Blue Roan
*BIS/BISS Ch Wynmoore Melting Pot (Mandy) Orange Roan - Queensland's Cocker of the Year in 2000 and 2002 and to our knowledge was the first Cocker Spaniel Optigen Tested A1 clear prcd in Australia.
Mandy was then given on loan to another breeder to produce our own Grand Ch Glenayden Melt Down who was awarded Queensland's Cocker Puppy of the Year 2004 . We enjoyed many wins with this dog including Multi All Breeds Best in Shows and Specialty Best in Show. Sadly Mandy was never to return to us.

*Ch Ryangaye Rythym N Jazz Black - Queensland's Cocker Puppy of the Year 2003.
*Ch Tarrendayle From The Heart Blue Roan - Queensland's Cocker Puppy of the Year 2005...making this 4 years in a row before leaving the State of Queensland for our move to New South Wales, quite an achievement for our small kennel of which we are very proud.
After many years in Queensland we said some sad Goodbyes and moved to, New South Wales where we have enjoyed many more wins and won Runner Up Cocker of the Year in NSW with our lovely blue girl Ch Kokleone Koncerto in 2007, Cocker Puppy of the Year with Ch Westlake War Oth Roses 2008 and Opp Sex Puppy of the Year with Tarrendayle The Dark Knight 2009.

Our list of successes goes on with both parti colours and solids...no doubt the list will continue to go on and we invite you to continue to watch our journey...things can only get better...
We have now imported a number of Cockers boasting of some of the top UK and USA bloodlines..and with these lovely imports we are excited about our future.
If you have any enquires regarding our Cockers and any up and coming litters, please contact us, we are more than happy to help. At Tarrendayle, we do not breed for the sake of breeding, but breed for the betterment of the breed.
We have enjoyed 15 years in NSW living in Bathurst and Goulburn but have now returned home to Queensland in the beautiful Lockyer Valley.
I am now extending further into this wonderful hobby, and have obtained my licence to judge all Gundogs (Sporting), Non-Sporting, Working Dogs and Toys Breeds at Championship level and have enjoyed judging throughout Australia and Internationally.
